We have two AGAs in our homes in Canada and England, so this was for a farm house in America. I don’t blame her, although I wasn’t at all rude and quite the opposite. IlveUSA wasn’t helpful, and after a few minutes just hung up on me. It was supposed to be self-cleaning from the specs we received from IlveUSA, and wasn’t. ![]() Our new fancy 40 inch Ilve arrived Wednesday, Thursday we were on the phone to NYC and all over the place asking why the ovens didn’t work, and only one burner worked of the six, but that one burner took 10 minutes to boil water that was 1 inch deep in a pan. Should the company make things right I will revisit this review but it looks like I am not the only one out there with a serious complaint. Can't wait to sell this house and move on! Looks great.poor performance (and the ovens are small and sub-par.slow to pre-heat unless on "pizza" setting, but I don't bake much. This company should be avoided.only reason I have their product is it is the only 40inch range (needed to replace old range in the middle of my kitchen counter). Called Stephanie several weeks later since I had not heard back from anyone and she curtly informed me she would call when something was decided.that is going on 6 weeks now with no response. Her boss offered a weak cash back offer which I declined I was waiting for the ILVE manager to decide whether to replace the stove never heard from either of them again. Escalated issues to ILVE corporate spoke with Stephanie and her boss Cherie awful customer service experience! Stephanie is always cutting me off when I try to explain.doesn't listen well. They sent out multiple thermocouples which their service techs installed to no effect. ![]() Contacted ApplianceConnections for service. The left hand (HI HEAT front and back) burners were hard to ignite and wouldn't stay lit upon delivery.
